Anyway, I found the site when reading about Kuwait deleting article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights from the high school curriculum (citat). It also talks about Kuwaiti plans to Separate Religion from Scientific Education (citat). This is what I was (kind of) talking about in my last post.

How great impact do I want religion to have in my life? And in my children's life? Naturally, I will raise my children to be good muslims, with help of Allah, but I still want them to choose their religion and, I believe, by questioning and criticising religious subjects their iman (faith) will grow strong. Therefore, I find it of importance that other angles of approach are taught in school, and when it comes to science, my humble opinion is that science and The Holy Qur'an walks hand in hand. Why not teach the children from a scientific point of view and then relate to proofs found in The Qur'an? Evidently, teaching about Darwinism is a matter of course, in a globalised world they will front questions concerning Darwinism versus Creationism, consequently, knowledge about Darwinism is fundamental.
